Northern Flicker

I have been noticing this guy coming to the feeder early in the morning for the past several days now. After looking though my bird book, he appears to be a Northern Flicker. He's quite large (close to 12 inches) and has a presence about him. This was taken earlier in the week at our backyard feeders (Washington). I took picture through the window, sorry about quality!
