Local BP bans customer over supposed threat against towns local gossip queen. She stated he threatened her. Ironically enough her sweet little son was turned down by his daughter for "going out with him" just a week prior to this. He was stated to have said is that boy goofy I know his mother for goodness sake. The station attendants boyfriend had already threatened this man twice in the past 3 years over problems un discovered. He works there also along with A local water delivery company and seems to think that having a gun loaded is an acceptable form of defending the station against robbers.
Ironically enough the man who was banned from the station was arrested not even 36 hours before by an officer with no video proof to back up his case of police brutality but the man's wife was present during the whole incident. His wife and he both suffer from disabilities and have three daughters but it seems the new neighbors were formerly babysat by the gas station attendant so they thought this might strengthen their case against an already defenseless man and his family who have resided in this "stinky town" for 14 years at the current address and neither the husband or wife have a previous record of any kind.
This man has been stated to have been harassed by the town board the previous year but seems to have their backing in this case except they have no ordinances to help.
Seems the man involved had given his neighbors a table, mower, fixed the kids bikes, gave them a bike and apparently a water heater/cooler unit that was never paid for and was a mere $10.
The neighbors children are claiming that the man has been on there property late at night while the parents were at work with a gun at one time, peeping in windows, and even pulling the cables from their surveillance cameras while beating on their door.
Ironically there seems to be no video feed supporting this evidence or even prints of any kind much alone the proof of a gun. The officer felt there was no need obviously because he confronted the man , tazered him, threaten and cuffed him when pulling up his DMV record would have shown 3 out of the multiple disabilities he faces a on a daily basis. Officer "third shift Peoria County " ignored the wife while she tried informing him of medical issues the man had and told her she was to get back up to her house she was only aggravating the situation. The man suffered from abrasions to right elbow, broken cell phone, and to top off the tazer he also has two metal plates and multiple pins in one arm and a rod with two or four screws in his right femur which made the pain even more intense.
When is being a bad neighbor ,slander, defamation of character, police brutality , wrongful arrest, false imprisonment, and banning someone from a gas station justifiable when there are witnesses on his part and no evidence to back ANY of the so called allegations?

this family needs a lawyer,but where is the money going to come from.there disabled and on a limited income.they would do anything for other people. where are the people now that they need help.i think the taz was uncalled for,
Really??? I've had delt with idiot neighbors, and with gossip queens....why do the adults have to act like the children involved?
I wonder how much insurance the county carries to cover lawsuits brought by the falsely accused.
Well, today will be the 7th court appearance and still wondering if the end is in sight. Continue too deal with harassment from the neighbors but mainly my kids putting up with it at school while they seemingly do nothing to solve the situation.

I believe the family should get a lawyer, it is not necassary to taze someone just because you can, there is too much police brutality going on and its not right, we as americans have to take a stand and stop such cruelty!!!!
