Tree Falls On Power Lines In West Peoria

In the early hours of Thursday June 18th, our huge hickory tree in our backyard in West Peoria fell down over some power lines. Surprisingly enough, the lines did not break and the power stayed on, but the weight of the tree on the lines has pulled the telephone pole close to snapping. All of our squirrels held a memorial service for the tree and then went back to their regular routine.
