A Pair of Blue Heron

Location: Pekin, IL area

Saturday while out and about (in Pekin area) I drove past these two Blue Herons sitting on top of these dead trees on the IL River. They looked so comfortable and natural there. Well, the more I looked in the general area the more Herons I noticed. I saw at least 6 or 7 total. They are awesome creatures to observe!
