My name is Stephanie Snyder. I was working at the pool in Odell and got a call from my dad that a tornado was heading for our house/Odell. I was unable to get home before the tornado hit, so I took these pictures standing outside the pool. The third picture my sister took while she was in town at a party. I was able to watch as the tornado touched the ground, dissolved, then reappeared and grew wider as it went behind my house towards Dwight. It was amazing to watch as the tornado went from being very skinny to being what looked like a half a mile wide!
