Peoria Chiefs outfielder Kyler Burke singled and scored in a 6-3 victory for the East in the Midwest League All-Star game Tuesday night in Clinton. Burke was 1-3, as was Peoria's Josh Harrison. Chiefs 3rd baseman Josh Vitters was 0-3, while Home Run Derby winner Rebel Ridling was 0-2.
Peoria pitcher Ryan Buchter allowed a hit and struck out one in 1/3 inning of work.
The Chiefs open the second half of the season Thursday at Wisconsin.
