The Birthing Center at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington will offer a series of four classes to prepare expectant parents for natural childbirth through education, relaxation and exercise.
Prepared Childbirth classes will be held Tuesdays, August 10, 17, 24 and 31, from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.
The classes are held in room 3 of the Business and Conference Center on the OSF St. Joseph Medical Center campus.
Cost is $40 per couple (review cost: $20).
The Birthing Center recommends you begin these classes at the start of the seventh month of pregnancy.
Couples should wear comfortable clothing and bring two pillows and a blanket.
Those interested in review only should attend the second and third classes in the four-part series.
