Authorities say an elderly mother and her son are dead after an early morning fire in Peoria.
It happened around 3:15 A.M at a home in the 200 block of Rock Island Ave in Peoria.
Authorities say that there was substantial fire coming from the back of the house when they arrived.
No word on a cause as of this morning.
