It's true. There is a way to get autism therapy services for free in the Peoria-Bloomington area. Easter Seals won a grant to participate in the P.L.A.Y. project. They are offering families who agree to be part of a one year study free therapy services. There are some requirements for kids and parents and there are only 10-12 spots left. to: I know a lady... Tell her you can get a FREE developmental SCREENING in a timely manner by calling Child and Family Connections. In Peoria, it's (309) 672-6360. This is not associated with the PLAY project. It is a service offered by the state. Anyone can request a screening for their child. It may tell her the child is right on track or ahead in some areas. Have your kids screened and tell her how much you loved it!
