The Logan County State's Attorney says no decision has been reached on the death penalty for two brothers accused of multiple murders.

Christopher and Jason Harris were in court for pre-trial hearings.

The pair is accused of killing Rick and Ruth Gee and three of their children in September.

A fourth child, a little girl, survived.

The Harris defense lawyers were given more than 1,000 pages of police reports and seven DVDs containing evidence.

There will be hearings later this month on the question of DNA tests on evidence, including the tire iron believed to have been used to kill the family.

The Logan County coroner will hold an inquest next week on the Gee family deaths.
