Sheley's Trial to be Held in Knox County

Nicholas Sheley will face murder charges in Knox County.

It will be the first murder trial for Sheley—charged in a two–state killing spree.

A Knox County judge refused to move Sheley's trial for killing 65–year old Ronald Randall out of the county. Randall was the first of Sheley's six alleged victims in a three–state crime spree in June of last year.

Sheley –who at one point said he wanted to plead guilty—now plans to fight the charges.
