A Hanna City man accused of killing his mother–in–law and injuring his estranged wife entered a not guilty plea in Peoria County Court Thursday.

Forty–year–old Joseph Saric of Smithville Road is charged with first–degree murder, attempted murder and aggravated battery with a firearm for the October 18th killing of Geraldine Worske and the shooting of Crystal Saric.

At last month's bond hearing, Peoria County State's Attorney Kevin Lyons indicated he might seek the death penalty in the case. The prosecutor has 120 days to decide.

Lets Get In Shape.. This is a tragedy, not a platform for you to judge others. Sorry we can not all be like you. You must be someone special, even then, these officers would risk their lives to protect even you.

This is a real good photo of another FAT County Cop. Tell the sheriff to these FAT cops on the road running. What a disgrace not wonder they can't catch crooks.
