The three people arrested in connection with a rash of robberies on Peoria's north side were in court Monday.

In custody are 20– year old Eric Reichard of Canton, 35–year old Sarah Gutierrez and 34–year old Natalia Monchaca of Peoria.

They're charged with the recent robberies at Walgreens, Kroger's, Busey Bank and Dairy Queen.

All the robbery victims were women who were alone in parking lots at those businesses.

All three were ordered held on 150–thousand dollars each in Peoria Circuit Court today.

I don't know any of these people or their families, and without passing judgment at all, I am certainly wondering if these people were drug addicts who needed help!

Nelly, you will never read this, but how could you do this to the family yet again...to your mother. It's sad when you can say you are not surprised.

Hmmm, are any of these people the couple that had been standing on the corner of Allen at Walmart and the corner by Wendys and Barnes and Noble Books, holding up signs asking for money? Just curious, because they have not been there in about 2 weeks.
