Peoria's Thomas Jefferson School remains under re–construction, following the fire which damaged the school a year ago.

Now, a District 150 spokesman says the staff at Thomas Jefferson wants to delay the move into the renovated school until the end of the school year.

The administration says it's exploring the possibility of doing that, and hopes to be able to accommodate the staff's request.

Most of the T–J students were sent to a reconverted Loucks Edison School.
