A day after Illinois reported its highest unemployment rate since 1983, Governor Pat Quinn toured a business that could bring more bucks and jobs to Illinois.

The Governor stopped at the National Railway Equipment Company in Dixmoor. It produces parts for high–speed and environmentally friendly trains.

"I think we have to do everything possible in government and private life to take on the challenge of making sure everyone has a good job. And, that's what I do when I wake up every morning until the time I go to bed," said Gov. Quinn.

Illinois unemployment climbed to 10.5 percent in September.
The governor also stopped at a library in Skokie that was saved through donations.

He is not getting any kick backs for the people he is laying off. You can bet he will get kick backs form a company like national railway. But thats my opine.

i think the way is to cut back on governmemt and the do nothing assistant to the assistant jobs. There is jobs to be had but as long as you can make more on welfare and food stamps people are going to stay home making more babies so you can give out more food stamps,And on and on it goes.
