I was wondering with all this stimulas money for road construction and jobs why is there no jobs being offered. There is more construction work now than there has been in years. I think what is happening is that the unions are not hiring and slowly taking their time with what employees they have to make their wages go longer. That is not what the stimulus money is for. It was to CREATE more jobs for those unemployed and fix the IL roads. I see alot of orange barrels and noone working.

Why is the unemployment still going up. With all the road work going on. "O" I know the people that are unemployed are paper pushers not labors and they don't belong to a union. But if they went to these union halls they would be told "NO" theres no work for you you don't belong to the union and you can't join.
