Local Man Remembers Michael Jackson in Peoria

Locally Peorians are mourning the loss of Michael Jackson.
We caught of with one man, who remembers the pop star performing in Peoria with the Jackson 5 decades ago. He says he even played basketball with the brothers.

Charles Stewart said, he remembers hanging out with Jackson and his brothers "here in Peoria at St. Pat's gymnasium. They were here performing, the Emotions were here. It was a pleasure playing basketball with those guys, you know. They couldn't play basketball, but they sure can perform. So it's a tragedy to see Michael gone, he's a great pop star. The thing I'm going to remember most about Michael is the moonwalk. He was the first one that invented the "Moonwalk", and I think the "Moonwalk" is going to stay here till eternity. So God bless him, and God bless his family".
