Bloomington and McLean County Police are working together after four shootings took place Sunday night .

The four shooting incidents—which began a little after 6 p.m. on Sunday left one man injured, and bullet holes in several houses.
Police did not identify the victim or his condition.

"We believe that all these incidences are related. We believe that its two factions shooting at each other. We don't believe we have random groups of people running around shooting guns off in the city of Bloomington," said Bloomington Chief Randy McKinley.

The shootings took place over a six–hour period on Bloomington's south–west side.

Police say interviews of possible witnesses are still being conducted and no arrests have been made.

Hey craig, do you really think that the people behind this have FOID cards? Do you think they legally own the guns that they used? I'm not a gambler, but I'd bet not. Also, concealed carry isn't legal in Illinois so how could it be prevented? Maybe you should do a little research & get your facts straight before you make yourself look like more of an idiot than you already have.

Bob: Did anyone who actually had conceal carry permits and FOID cards do anything to prevent this? No. Straw man. Anon: Did these 'peoria kids' come rent houses for the day? More guns: Not a solution. Peoria kids: Not the the problem.
