Update on Roads Open and Closed Around Bartonville

Two straight dry days have the water starting to recede a little bit in Peoria County.
In Bartonville, U-S 24 remains open but drivers still cannot turn onto Treasure or Kickapoo Creek from 24. The Hardee's is still practically on an island. And all of Kickapoo Creek Road remains closed from Bartonville to Pottstown. But some good news on Farmington Road as I-DOT reopened the roadway today over Kickapoo Creek from Farmington Road to Harmon Highway. From Harmon Highway to Bartonville is still closed.
