The Heartland Community Health Clinic at 1701 W. Garden Street will be closed on Monday. The boiler heating system broke down.

For those that had appointments on Monday, they should call the clinic on Tuesday to reschedule. The phone number for the clinic is 309-680-7600.

All other Heartland Health Clinics will be open and operating normal business hours on Monday.
