The world–famous Rockettes gave some dance lessons in Peoria.
The group is in town to promote its Christmas show at the Peoria Civic Center November 17th and 18th.
Monday, they helped some students from Roosevelt Magnet School with some lessons on doing their "wooden soldier" dance.
"The main goal is anything is possible. You can achieve your dreams as long as you work hard and put your mind to it. So they know that we started in the same place they did. We were little kids with big dance dreams," said Laura Casselman, a Rockette.
The Rockettes were also at Northwoods Mall Monday, visiting with Santa at the Winter Wounderland Display.
