Charges Dropped In McLean County Sex Case

By Tom McIntyre

A one-time substitute teacher for both unit 5 and District 87 has charges against him dropped in McLean County.

38-year old James Curtis Love had already made a plea deal in Federal Court in Peoria to plead guilty to child pornography charges in return for a twenty year prison term.

Love is to be sentenced in January.

Prosecutors said Love drugged boys who were attending sleepovers in his home, and took pictures of them.
