CAT Says It Will Appeal Health Insurance Decision

By Mike Dimmick

In a statement, a Caterpillar spokesperson says the company is confident the courts ultimately will recognize contract agreements with the UAW as binding on retirees and the union. And Cat says it considers its health care benefits as among the most generous in the country.
