Tazewell County Police are investigating the death of an 8–month–old boy that died after falling off a mattress and was pinned between the bed and a wall.
An autopsy shows Connor Youngren died from lack of oxygen after becoming trapped at his home in East Peoria. Peoria County Coroner, Johnna Ingersoll says the infant was pronounced dead at the Children's Hospital of Illinois around 5–30 Friday night. Ingersoll says the boy was asleep on a full size bed when he somehow rolled off it.

I'm sorry, but I have five children and everyone knows they should be in a crib, but sometimes people mke mistakes, were all human afterall, these poor parents have been put through hll already ;loosing their child so leave them alone, no-one can judge you but GOD himself, and I believe that he already has forgiven them. Parents, don't let people put you down for a mistake because this world is full of mistakes, that how people learn, is from their mistakes. Remember the good times, not the sad.

first of all it shows that the parents werent at fault. obviously if the baby hit his head that he wouldnt be crying. These parents have to live with this decision every day of their lives, and who are you to judge. TO BK DIANA AND ANDREA tell me you havent made mistakes in your life. I know this family very well and they loved and cared for their kids. they made an innocent mistake that had horrible results. you dont even know the whole story to pass judgement on this family. to connor r.i.p

I believe Connors parents will pay for this the rest of their lives. We all make mistakes, and I'm sure if anyone has been a parent before you can look back and think of something that you should not have done. I think that this is an absolute tragedy. As a new mother I could ask myself why they did this too, but we weren't there and we don't know how it all happened. I think people need to quit being so judgemental, and take a little time to be sympathetic. I'm sorry for their loss.

OK WHERE THE HECK WERE THE PARENTS OR WHOEVER WAS SUPPOSE TO BE WATCHING THIS BABY...THE BABY LOST HIS LIFE DUE TO PEOPLE BEING STUPID AND NOT DOING THE JOB OF CARING FOR THE BABY. I DONT CARE IF IT WAS THE PARENTS OR SOMEONE ELSE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE WATCHING THE BABY...WHAT A SAD,SAD LOSS. SOMEONE(S)NEED TO HAVE CHARGES PRESSED AGAINST THEM. THE BABY DOES NOT HAVE A SECOND CHANCE SO WHY SHOULD THE PERSON OR PERSONS HAVE A SECOND CHANCE...LETS SEE JUSTICE FOR CONNOR
