Midwest Central Middle School posted an alert to parents today after learning of an issue in a neighboring district.

Here is the entire posting:

There has been a report in a neighboring school district that a man in a medium dark metallic blue Dodge van approached children getting off their school bus and asked them if they wanted to go for a ride. The man was described as about six feet tall, 220 pounds, with blondish/grayish hair, and wearing large eye glasses. Be sure that you do not accept rides from strangers. Report any suspicious activity of this nature to your parents or guardians right away.
