Romance jumps off the pages at Lakeview Library in Peoria Sunday. Members of 'A Little Romance Book Group' hosted Bloomington's own romance author, Jenna Petersen, for a visit to help them bring love to life. Petersen says writing and reading romance novels is an escape for people with a guaranteed happy ending.

"Romance makes this really special promise to readers and that is that no matter what a couple goes through in the end their going to grow enough to work through it. And, I think that's a great promise especially the way the world is today. I think having that moment when you have a happy ending is really great," Petersen says.

Petersen was in town promoting her new book 'Seduction is Forever,' which hits store shelves on September 25th.
