Chairman of Coors Distributing, Peter Coors, has made a special trip to Peoria in honor of a local man who has donated over 29 years of service to St. Jude Children's hospital.

Bob Jockisch has been involved with St. Jude since the late seventies and has helped raise millions for the hospital. For his service, St. Jude pays tribute.

"Well I'm humbled, truly humbled. It's all about giving and this is a great reward. This is something I really didn't expect, but I'm humbled," said Jockisch

Jockisch, convinced long–time friend Peter Coors to join forces and launch the Coors/St. Jude Halloween Pinup Program.

"We got to know each other pretty well, and he said, 'Pete will you come out? I want to show you what we're doing, and how important St. Jude is to this community'. So I came to Peoria, actually I think it was in '95, and I looked at what they were doing and said, you know, this should be a national promotion for the company".

A national promotion that has raised 30 million dollars for St. Jude since 1994.
